Job summary

Kotz Heating and Air in Waterford, MI is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to perform service, maintenance and installation for residential plumbing systems. The role involves working with hot water tanks, boilers and fixtures, both independently and with an apprentice, using standard plumbing tools and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing.
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing.
• Journeyman license or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to train apprentices.
• Able to perform physical labor and heavy work as needed.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Residential Service Plumber | $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending experience

Potential annual earnings of $100, 000 +

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm

What We Are Looking For

• 4 + years' experience in residential plumbing
• Experience with both service and installation plumbing
• Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license
• Able to train Apprentices
• Able to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
