Job summary
Kotz Heating & Air in Waterford, MI is seeking an HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician to service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot, read wiring diagrams, and discuss preventive maintenance with customers.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service
- Universal EPA certification
- Customer service skills
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment
- Tools needed possessed
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
- Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Some basic sheet metal repairs / upgrades
- Explain preventative maintenance benefits to customers
- Consult with customers on repairs, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement decisions
