Job Responsibilities

1. Perform plumbing system repairs and maintenance, including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
2. Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems promptly.
3. Install and replace plumbing fixtures and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
4. Engage with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and recommend solutions.
5. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
6. Perform system inspections for functionality, water quality, and safety.
7. Document work using Service Titan software, track materials, and update work orders.
8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
9. Follow all safety protocols to ensure safe and efficient plumbing work.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a residential plumber, including repairs, maintenance, and installation.
2. Valid plumbing license in New York State.
3. Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
5. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
6. High attention to detail and quality standards.
7. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
