Field Service Plumber

Following is a description for our open position of Experienced Field Service Plumber in Monroe, NY – Pay Range varies greatly depending upon experience and skill level, at $25-$35/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Service, install, maintain and/or repair plumbing issues for both residential and commercial customers as needed.
2. Diagnose diverse service issues, determine any replacement parts required, and be able to fully explain issues to customers and what is needed to resolve.
3. Be available to work nights and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers. Obtain approval from Dispatch for any scheduling changes to the on-call schedule.

Required Skills:

1. Solid experience in field service, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diverse plumbing issues in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Well groomed, neat appearance.
3. Valid driver's license and clean driving record / Valid Social Security number / Drug Screen / Clean Background.

Specific Trade Skills/Requirements:

1. Must have own set of tools of the trade.
2. Toilet/faucet/shower head/tub spout repair diagnostics and replacements.
3. Pipe issue repair diagnostics and replacement.
4. Hot water heater repair diagnostics and replacements, including tankless & indirect.
5. Waste line/overflow issue diagnostics and repair.
6. Water service rebuilds.
7. Waste installs (sink drains/island vents).
8. Full kitchen/bath sink hook-ups.
9. Shower valve replacement.
10. Dishwasher hook-up/install.
11. Washer/dryer hook-up/install.
12. Hose bib replacements.
13. Replacement of gas shut valve or cap.
14. Install ice maker lines.
15. Backflow replacement/install.
16. Water softener diagnostics/installation.
17. Boiler repair diagnostics/installation.
18. Flush valve diagnostics/installation.
19. Heat line repairs/replacement.

Experience on Service Titan software a huge plus.
