As a trusted advisor to homeowners, you will diagnose plumbing issues, install water heaters and fixtures, perform inspections, and educate customers on repair and maintenance options. Paschal offers a competitive base pay with incentives, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
