Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric in Missouri is seeking an experienced plumber for a full-time role. You will diagnose issues, install and repair plumbing systems, and educate homeowners on options, ensuring safety and quality workmanship throughout each service call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Plumbing experience, preferably in residential service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and related plumbing equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Clear drains and resolve plumbing blockages.
• Educate homeowners on repair and maintenance options.
• Follow safety standards and local plumbing codes.
• Document completed work and customer interactions.
• Assist in developing Apprentice Plumbers.
