Job summary

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Plumber who prides himself on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You will diagnose plumbing issues, install water heaters and fixtures, and guide homeowners to lasting solutions.

This full-time role offers a competitive base pay plus performance incentives, a five-day or four-day schedule depending on location, no Sunday shifts, a company-provided vehicle, and a strong pathway for career advancement

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and codes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing.
• Ability to lift equipment in residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and related plumbing equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Clear drains and resolve plumbing blockages.
• Educate homeowners on repair and maintenance options.
• Follow safety standards and local codes.
• Document completed work and customer interactions.
• Assist in developing Apprentice Plumbers.
