Job summary

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Residential Electrician to join our full-time team. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and quality workmanship to improve customers' homes.

You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment, mentor apprentices, and document work using our software while delivering excellent service and upholding a World Class Service standard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance.
• Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes.
• Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed.
• Accurately document completed work using company software.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Residential electrical experience required
• Applicable state and local electrical licenses
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
