Job summary

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is actively seeking an experienced plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems in customers' homes, install water heaters and fixtures, and troubleshoot issues to protect one of the most vital home systems.

You will build trust through exceptional customer service, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety standards while contributing to our multi-state, family-owned team with a strong emphasis on growth and training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and related plumbing equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Clear drains and resolve plumbing blockages.
• Educate homeowners on repair and maintenance options.
• Follow safety standards and local plumbing codes.
• Document completed work and customer interactions.
• Assist in developing Apprentice Plumbers.
