Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Product Line Manager for the residential security portfolio. The role leads strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management, partnering with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to drive growth and profitability.

The position is based onsite in Carlsbad, CA, with responsibilities including P&L ownership, market sizing, and collaboration with regional and global teams to align product offerings with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in residential security or related tech industries.
• Proven track record of leading and growing teams, portfolios and revenue.
• Experience in brand integration and driving synergies between product lines.
• Demonstrated experience in roadmap development, sales and marketing management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for the residential security product line, translating goals into actionable plans.
• Own the P&L for the product line, setting financial targets and tracking performance.
• Define product specifications, features, and timelines based on customer needs and trends.
• Drive ROI-based decisions on phasing, upgrades, and lifecycle management of the portfolio.
• Establish margin targets and pricing in collaboration with sales, finance, and engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and execution plans.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life and maximize profitability.
