Job summary

Allied Universal in Diamond Bar, CA is seeking a Security Officer HOA Access to safeguard residents and visitors at a residential location. You will screen visitors, verify credentials, and maintain access control while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time driving position requires a valid driver’s license, comfort with using a computer or tablet, and completion of a background check and drug screen. Pay is $21.00 per hour with DayTime/Evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by enforcing community policies and appropriate emergency responses.
• Screen visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service personnel and verify authorization.
• Monitor entry/exit, keep accurate visitor/incident records, report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
