Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Installer to install, test, repair, and service electrical and electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites. The role includes field and shop duties, delivering supplies, and maintaining records.

You will work closely with customers to ensure high-quality installations and service outcomes. The position demands a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of maintenance/installation experience and electrical trade training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent mandatory.
• Electronic Trade School training desired
• 3 years maintenance/installation experience

Responsibilities

• Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or ADT order.
• Tests operation of all system components at the signal-receiving center to establish service.
• Evaluates information, materials, and layout to determine cable routes and installation plans.
• Reports defective materials or equipment and omissions that could affect protection.
• Follows safety practices to safeguard people and property.
• Keeps work sites tidy and returns unused materials.
• Performs other duties as required.
