Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Installer to install, test, repair, and service electrical and electro-mechanical equipment at customer locations. The role involves traveling to homes or businesses, collaborating with customers, and maintaining records in the field and shop.

The position requires a High School degree or equivalent, optional Electronic Trade School training, and at least 3 years of maintenance/installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment required by customer or ADT order.
• Makes connections and required adjustments; test operation to properly establish service.
• Evaluates information furnished for the job, delivered materials, and layout of premises.
• Promptly reports defective material or equipment or inaccuracies in job information.
• Follows safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
• Maintains 93% or above Quality and Upsells of $850 or above a month.
