Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the condominium property, including buildings, parking areas, recreational facilities, and common areas.
• Monitor for unauthorized persons, suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security violations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and promote resident safety.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, gates, and visitor access.
• Verify resident, guest, contractor, and vendor authorization before granting access.
• Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor security cameras and access control systems.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, accidents, and security breaches.
• Contact emergency services when necessary.
• Complete detailed incident and accident reports.
• Assist law enforcement, fire personnel, and emergency responders as required.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and visitors.
• Address questions and concerns related to security matters.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
• Report resident complaints or concerns to management.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Document all unusual occurrences and security-related events.
