Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and control access to the property/community
• Verify visitor authorization and issue guest passes as required
• Maintain accurate visitor and vendor logs
• Communicate with residents regarding guest access and deliveries
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or property incidents
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide general property information
• Coordinate with property management and security personnel when necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gatehouse area
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
