Job summary

Ayers Basement Systems is seeking a Residential Sales and Service Technician to service existing customers in their homes, ensuring our waterproofing systems operate reliably and recommending additional solutions when appropriate.

You will travel to pre-scheduled appointments, avoid cold-calling, and work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. The role offers base pay plus commission, health insurance, 401K with match, and clear opportunities for growth within a top-rated Workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ sales experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled appointments to perform maintenance or follow up on warranty issues.
• Build rapport with customers and examine completed work for potential issues.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve the installation.
• Complete paperwork and follow up communications in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and represent the company’s culture.
