Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to oversee the administrative and operational side of the residential sales process. You will manage lead flow, contracts, and pipeline reporting to ensure a smooth, efficient process from lead to close, while aligning with marketing and IT to drive automation and growth.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial or high‑level administrative experience, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
• Strong experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and oversee SES residential sales processes.
• Manage all residential leads through the SES sales process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow‑up.
• Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for marketing and liaising with Marketing Team to support execution.
• Identify opportunities for automation and liaise with IT Team to support execution.
• Manage inside and outside residential sales to ensure efficient reporting and pipeline management.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs.
• Maintain communication between sales, operations, and management teams for project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Amicus Solar Cooperative community to share industry best practices.
• Provide leadership in managing sales administration processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
