Renewal by Andersen - Tri-Cities is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time, commission-based role with paid training.

Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled home appointments, present our door and window replacement solutions, and close deals on the spot. No cold calling or project management. The position offers an uncapped commission structure, paid training, growth opportunities, and an insurance package along with employer RRSP contributions.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments.
• Conduct sales presentations for window and door replacements.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on their projects.
• Close sales; no cold calling or project management.
