Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for New Jersey territory. The role involves visiting homeowners with pre-scheduled appointments to present replacement window/door solutions and close on the same day.

Compensation is a full commission structure with paid training, mentoring, and opportunities for top-performer trips. Benefits include an insurance package and a 401(k). You must be able to travel regionally and lift materials as needed.

Qualifications

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually
