Ashton Woods is seeking ambitious home sales professionals to join its dynamic team as Community Sales Managers. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and drive the home buying process to achieve sales goals across Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and are comfortable with CRM tools and real estate licensing requirements. This role demands weekend work and travel to model homes and offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Weekend availability required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for business travel.
• Real estate license may be required by state.
• New home sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work at Ashton Woods (and Starlight Homes as needed) sales offices and model homes during designated hours.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to prospects.
• Communicate product offerings and financing plans to guide customers.
• Learn sales agreements and addendums, complete them accurately and deliver to customers.
• Use the CRM/lead system to track homebuyers and service their needs.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Stay current with community information and requested details.
• Ensure selling materials are stocked and aligned with company specs.
• Place and maintain on-site signage and open house signs.
• Set up weekly visits with realtors to generate referrals.
• Understand competition and compare with Ashton Woods.
• Prepare reports on competition, sales, and traffic.
• Other duties as assigned.
