Job summary

Ashton Woods is seeking ambitious home sales professionals to join its dynamic sales team. Community Sales Managers identify and qualify prospects to secure sales and drive the home buying process to meet company sales goals.

They communicate product offerings for Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes, coordinate financing steps, and maintain professional ethics. The role requires weekend availability and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred in sales or marketing.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work weekends (but will have Monday/Tuesday off, or Thursday/Friday off).
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• This role may require a valid and active real estate license, subject to state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work at Ashton Woods (and Starlight Homes as needed) sales offices and model homes during designated company hours as needed.
• Learn and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects.
• Learn and effectively communicate product offerings (e.g., both Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes), building processes, financing plans, and mortgage processes to help guide customers.
• Learn sales agreements and addendums, complete them accurately and deliver in a timely manner to customers.
• Use the CRM/lead system to track homebuyers and service their needs throughout the sales process, with customer‑oriented service.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Stay current with community information and any other information requested by customers.
• Prepare reports accurately (e.g., competition, sales, and traffic).
• Other duties as assigned.
