Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Client Safety Navigator to ensure a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. You will monitor entrances, assist with check-ins, and respond to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and safety protocols.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to document updates, and willingness to work Friday through Tuesday, 3-11:30 pm in a 24/7 residential setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience counseling or teaching adults and/or facilitating workshops.
• Background check and live scan required.
• We will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Client Services: monitor front desk/gate, assist clients on return from appointments, check bags for contraband, welcome visitors and escort them to supervisor on duty.
• Safety Responsibilities: maintain a safe environment, de-escalate situations, perform CPR/First Aid and administer Narcan as needed, document incident reports, conduct safety checks.
• Administrative And Documentation Responsibilities: maintain client sign-in/out logs, file incident reports, communicate updates in writing to the team per shift.
