Job summary

Earthwise Environmental Solutions LLC in Elizabeth, PA is seeking a Residential Route Manager to lead daily waste collection routes and driver teams, ensuring safety and service standards on every route. You will train staff, perform ride-alongs and audits, coordinate with dispatch and maintenance, and maintain DOT-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in waste hauling, transportation, or similar field.
• CDL (Class B or A) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Able to work in various weather conditions and early hours.
• Experience with route management systems is a plus.
