Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Collects residential waste, recyclables, and yard waste on assigned routes.
• Assists Driver with backing and maneuvering the collection vehicle.
• Operates vehicle packing mechanism and helps load refuse safely.
• Provides courteous, professional customer service to residents.
• Maintains cleanliness of the truck and work site at shifts end.
