Waste Pro in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a Residential Route Helper for a full-time, outdoor role. Earn $17.00–$18.00 per hour by assisting the driver on residential routes, collecting trash, recyclables, and yard waste, and providing courteous service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Collect residential waste and place it into the truck on assigned routes.
• Lift and carry bags, bulk items, and waste containers to the truck.
• Safely mount/dismount the rear of the vehicle and assist with backing guidance.
• Operate packing mechanism for safe waste compaction.
• Provide safe, courteous customer service to residents and the public.
• Respond to residents' questions and direct them to proper contacts.
