Job summary

gpac is seeking a Residential Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of residential roofing projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget completion with top-quality workmanship and safety. This role requires strong residential roofing experience and supervisory capabilities.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with project managers and estimators, and maintain thorough site documentation while communicating with clients to address questions and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential roofing experience with a supervisory track record.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
