Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead multiple production crews on roofing projects. The role requires planning, training, and ensuring safety and quality while coordinating material staging and scheduling across sites.

This position involves extensive travel, including staying at locations for several weeks. A base salary of $70,000.00–$100,000.00 per year plus benefits is offered, with a structured bonus plan after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum Construction Management experience.
• 2–3 years in Roofing Industry.
• Must speak English fluently; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED/College preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas and ensure efficiency.
• Oversee and train crews in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and resolve issues.
• Ensure roofing installations meet quality, safety, and cost targets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!

Job Responsibilities:

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:

• Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Must designate material staging areas.
• Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

What we look for in new team members:

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
• Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
