gpac LLC. is seeking a Residential Roof Sales Manager in Houston to lead hiring, training, and development of a high-performing sales staff while actively selling. The role emphasizes door-knocking, lead generation, and driving revenue growth across residential roofing markets.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of roofing sales or management experience, comfort with cold calling, and a proactive, team-driven mindset to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing sales or management experience.
• Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions.
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
• Establish sales strategies and working with a team of salesman.
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
• Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
• Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
• Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.
