Job summary

Allstar Services in Laurel, MD is hiring an in-home sales professional to drive a high-volume appointment schedule and close deals with homeowners. You will conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week, earning commission on self-generated business, while traveling to client homes as a Road Warrior.

The role includes a six-month base plus commission, with uncapped earnings and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be coachable and money motivated.
• Proficient with technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week; no cold calling or door knocking.
• Earn commissions on self-generated business.
• Drive to preset appointments and attend weekly sales meetings.
• Complete a three-week training program with our dedicated sales training team.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
