Job summary

Allstar Services is seeking an in-home sales professional to schedule and conduct 10–15 appointments weekly, traveling to client homes. You will join a fast-paced team with a structured training program and weekly sales meetings.

A strong driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; in-home sales experience is a plus. The role offers base pay with commissions initially, then uncapped commissions, with six-figure earnings potential and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday.
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Is coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a three week training program with our sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
