Job summary

Roof Depot, Inc. seeks motivated Project Consultants to conduct in-home design consultations and drive sales in Annapolis, Maryland and surrounding areas. The role is fully commission-based with performance bonuses and a personal vehicle allowance or fuel card.

Training pay is included to kick-start earnings. Responsibilities include delivering professional presentations, guiding customers through product selections, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong CRM

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home design and product consultations to homeowners.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing where applicable.
• Follow through quoting and ordering to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain communication with sales leadership and manage expectations.
• Develop strategies to improve appointment conversions and close rates.
