Job summary

Allstar Services is looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to drive pre-scheduled in-home appointments in the United States. You will earn base pay plus commissions, with uncapped upside after a 6-month ramp, and the opportunity to exceed six figures in your first year.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and a willingness to work five days a week (Mon-Sat). Training and ongoing development are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a 5-day work week (Mon-Sat).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with laptops and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn commissions and drive to pre-set appointments; no cold calling.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and complete training programs.
• Support jobs through completion after sale.
