Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Residential Roofing Project Coordinator to lead roofing installations from start to finish. You’ll coordinate crews, oversee sites, and communicate with homeowners to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Roofing experience isn’t required—leadership, good judgment, and a willingness to learn are essential. Role is on-site at residential job sites, with a strong emphasis on ownership, timely problem-solving, and maintaining Cenvar’s high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and access residential roofs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work Saturdays when project schedules require it.
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential roofing projects from job-site setup through final completion.
• Coordinate and monitor installation crews, ensuring workmanship, neatness, and safety standards.
• Inspect work throughout the installation to identify quality concerns early.
• Communicate with homeowners about project progress, expectations, questions, and decisions.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges in real time and escalate when necessary.
• Transport, set up, and climb ladders to access roofs for inspections and oversight.
• Perform physical work when necessary, including loading and unloading materials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through final project completion.
