The ideal candidate has deep expertise in metal roofing and asphalt shingles, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a dynamic setting within the Portland, OR area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in roofing sales or estimating.
• Prior practical experience in the residential roofing field is a plus.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and project scopes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized estimation software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners to evaluate roofing requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Generate comprehensive cost breakdowns, material lists, and formal project bids.
• Coordinate with project managers and production crews to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage sales pipeline, bids, and project status using CRM tools and meet revenue targets.
