Omni Home Services is seeking a reliable Roof Inspector / Field Technician to inspect residential roofing systems, document findings, and be the first point of contact for homeowners. The role blends inspection work, customer service, drone operation, and minor repairs in outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and using mobile tech to capture precise records. A driver’s license and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential roof inspections and document findings.
• Identify damage, leaks, and maintenance needs.
• Capture photos/videos and prepare inspection reports for customers.
• Perform minor roof repairs within training and scope.
• Use drones to supplement inspections and document outcomes.
• Provide honest, non-pushy guidance and connect customers with sales/estimating as needed.
