Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Inspectors to join our independent contractor network. Inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and conduct underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Ideal candidates bring safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate varied weather conditions. Roofing/insurance background is a plus but not required; a reliable vehicle and lidar capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle for transportation to inspection sites.
• Lidar device or ability to obtain one (iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater) required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep and high roofs.
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage for claims.
• Perform underwriting property inspections using modern tech.
