Job summary
1st St. NW Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking a skilled Revit Drafter for residential projects, with a hybrid schedule.
You will prepare complete construction documents, operate Revit, and help create renderings for clients. AAS in architectural drafting or interior design, 2+ years of residential drafting, and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills are required; interior design experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- AAS in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or similar.
- 2+ years of residential drafting / design experience.
- Strong Revit skills.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Interior design experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete construction documents (floor plans, elevations, sections) for residential new construction and remodeling projects.
- Operate Revit to produce models and detailed drawings.
- Help prepare renderings for customers.
