Job summary

Well-established custom home designer is seeking a Revit Drafter for a hybrid role in Minnesota. Responsibilities include producing construction documents and Revit models for residential projects, with support for renderings for customers.

Requirements include an AAS in Architectural Drafting or similar, 2+ years of residential drafting experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Interior design experience is a plus.

• Strong Revit skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete construction documents (floor plans, elevations, sections) for residential new construction and remodeling projects
• Operate Revit to produce models and detailed drawings
• Help prepare renderings for customers
