Job summary

Urban Design Associates is seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience to work on luxury residential projects from concept through construction. You will produce drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, implement redlines, assist with construction documents, and support design development.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required; SketchUp and Lumion are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Technical education required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of residential construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Implement redlines and revisions from project architects.
• Assist with construction document sets for custom homes.
• Support design development and presentation graphics.
• Create or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or Lumion.
• Help maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals.
