Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or insurance repair.
• Willingness to work overtime and after hours when needed.
• Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial customer contact within 48 hours of loss notice.
• Take photos to document required work and ITEL samples if needed.
• Write Xactimate reconstruction estimates within 48 hours.
• Manage budget and schedule for the job.
• Conduct final walk through with customer for quality assurance.

Skills

Xactimate experience

Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles

Ability to organize and manage multiple subcontractors

Very good knowledge of English
