Job summary

Marshall Reddick Real Estate in Los Angeles is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee renovations and maintenance for a portfolio of 300+ properties across LA. This role involves inspections, coordinating repairs, and traveling to properties, with a company vehicle provided.

You will work from Newport Beach 1 day per week and remotely 4 days per week. Excellent communication, 3+ years in property management, and experience with AppFolio or similar software are preferred; salary ranges

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential property management
• General knowledge of maintenance and home repairs
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with property management software

Responsibilities

• Handle move-in/move-out and renewal inspections
• Oversee renovations and property projects
• Onboard occupied and vacant properties
• Create repair lists to rent-ready status
• Assist Maintenance Coordinator with tenant repair requests
• Screen, hire, and manage vendors for repairs/renovations
• Communicate with landlords on major renovations or repairs
• Negotiate vendor quotes for competitive pricing
