Job summary

Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee a 400+ portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos in Cape Coral and nearby areas. The role involves inspections, coordinating maintenance, and managing renovations while ensuring landlords' investments are protected.

You will travel to properties, supervise vendors, and collaborate with our maintenance team. This is a project-management oriented position, with daily travel and a company vehicle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with AppFolio and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Handle move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections
• Manage property renovations and projects
• Oversee daily travel across Cape Coral and surrounding areas
• Coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations
• Negotiate vendor quotes and invoices
