Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work in carpentry, demolition, drywall, flooring, painting, installation, and finish work according to your experience.
• Follow the project scope and ask questions when conditions, measurements, or materials differ from the plan.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
• Document progress, material needs, and issues that require a decision.
• Build your skills through feedback and increasingly independent assignments.
