You will help with jobsite protection, setup, material handling, and basic installation, while following guidance from the field lead. Expect about 20 hours per week, with coaching and clear opportunities to develop reliability

We’re looking for a dependable part-time team member who wants to contribute to residential remodeling projects while building practical skills. Prior remodeling management experience is not required.
