C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead home remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish. You will guide homeowners through the process, balancing budgets, timelines, and quality with a client‑centric approach.

As a trusted leader, you’ll coordinate with production managers, coordinators, estimators, and crews to deliver standout results while maintaining safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in residential remodeling.
• Experience leading large remodels (e.g. $150k–$300k; $1M+ projects a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, permits, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners with clear communication and empathy.
• Lead residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and documentation.
• Direct lead carpenters and in-house crews; supervise subcontractors.
• Partner with project coordinators for scheduling and daily operations.
• Collaborate with estimators to align project details with insurance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.

Job Overview

C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish. This role goes beyond construction management – you’ll be the steady hand guiding homeowners through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software

• Empathetic communicator with excellent client service skills

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• A professional review and drug screen will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
