Job summary

C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee home renovation and restoration projects from start to finish. You will guide homeowners through the process with empathy while balancing schedules, budgets, and quality with our in-house crews and coordinators.

As a trusted leader, you will focus on delivering a seamless client experience, coordinating with estimators on insurance details, and ensuring compliance with codes and permits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in residential remodeling.
• Proven experience leading large remodels ($150k-$300k); $1M+ projects a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, permits, and best practices.
• Empathetic communicator with excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering clear communication and empathy throughout each project.
• Lead residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and documentation.
• Direct Lead Carpenters and in-house crews; supervise subcontractors.
• Partner with Project Coordinators for smooth scheduling and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Estimators to align project details with insurance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.

Job Overview

C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish. This role goes beyond construction management - you'll be the steady hand guiding homeowners through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

• A professional review and drug screen will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

Schedule
