Out of the Woods Construction seeks a Residential Remodeling Project Developer to guide projects from early site visits through planning and budgeting. You’ll translate homeowner ideas into constructible scopes, budgets, and schedules, leveraging field knowledge to anticipate risks.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License required.
• Experience in residential remodeling, preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret residential plans, scopes, and specs.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and project sites throughout Greater Boston.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development from initial visits through feasibility and planning.
• Develop preliminary budgets and scopes of work with realistic timelines.
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Prepare project budgets and contract documentation for client review.
• Maintain clear client communication and regular progress updates.
