Qualifications

• Strong understanding of residential construction is required.
• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or project management.
• Ability to read and understand scopes, materials, and job sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening.
• Basic knowledge of building codes.
• Must have tools and work vehicle.
• Experience in remodeling or home repair trades in multiple skills recommended: General Carpentry, Drywall, Minor Plumbing/Electrical, Flooring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential remodeling projects from estimate through completion.
• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate materials, permits, inspections, and craftsmen.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, scope, and progress.
