Job summary

West Shore Home in Columbus, OH is seeking a Residential Remodeler to install replacement windows and exterior doors, perform trim work, and complete projects with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. This role starts early, with a 6:30 AM weekday schedule, and requires hands-on carpentry and remodeling experience.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
