Job summary

West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe and effective installations, following SOPs and PPE protocols, while delivering a 5-star experience to customers.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. Responsibilities include loading materials, traveling to jobs, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, and thorough site cleanup. Valid driver’s license and tools knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
